Since year 2001, Suntan only can produce limited types of CBB61 motor running capacitors. As the time goes by, we produce more and more different types of CBB60 and CBB61 products.
In year 2008, we become to produce CBB65 capacitor too. In year 2014, we successfully expand our production line to CD60 motor starting capacitors.
 
Start capacitors briefly increase motor starting torque and allow a motor to be cycled on and off rapidly. A start capacitor stays in the circuit long enough to rapidly bring the motor up to a predetermined speed, which is usually about 75% of the full speed, and is then taken out of the circuit, such as by a centrifugal switch that releases at that speed, afterward the motor works more efficiently with a "run capacitor".

Our most strong AC Motor Running Capacitor is CBB65. We produce standard type and dual type with               Class B. 
Standard type is TS11-22, 23,24. Dual type is TS11-25, 26. 
 
The main difference about this two types of CBB65 motor running capacitor is the terminal and the constructor.
Standard  type TS11-22, 23,24 : Only has two plugs and has a capacitor of air comditioner compressor.
Dual type TS11-25, 26 : Three plugs in total. It combines the capacitor of air comditioner compressor with the capacitor of fan . 
(C for public pole, HERM for compressor pole, FAN for fan pole).

According to IEC/EN 60252-1 2001 specifies levels of protection for motor run capacitors. 
 
We Suntan can produce 3 levels of motor running capacitors, please refer to below list:
P0 - no protection
P1 - fail open circuit or short circuit
P2 - fail open circuit only
 
It is obviously that P1 is the best one . All of our company CBB65 motor running capacitors TS11-22~26 are P1 level .

CBB65 another difference with CBB60 is the terminal. Suntan produce the most common types.
Below is the list of our CBB65 series. 
 
TS11-22: 2+2 terminial, two plug terminal add two plug terminal
TS11-23: 2+3 terminial, two plug terminal add three plug terminal
TS11-24: 4+4 terminial, four plug terminal add four plug terminal
 
Usually the terminal cost is not same, however, in order to provide best support to our customers, we regard these three types of CBB65 with same price.

As time goes by, CBB65 is gradually recognized by more and more customers now.
 
Compared with CBB60, CBB65 use aluminum Case, by doing so, CBB65 become anti-explosion. This is the biggest advantage of CBB65.

Firstly,  you have to have clear idea about your needed capacitance and voltage, this is the brain of your capacitor
Secondly,  determined by your application, how precise the capacitor should be. That is to say the capacitance tolerance. Suntan has +/-5% and +/-10% for CBB60 capacitors
Thirdly, in some cases, the size is not as important as the previous two points,  as the size in the market has some standard size.If you need some special size, so please mention it as early as possible.

Run capacitors are designed for continuous duty while the motor is powered, which is why electrolytic capacitors are avoided, and low-loss polymer capacitors are used instead. 
Run capacitors are mostly polypropylene film capacitors and are designed for continuous duty, and they are energized the entire time the motor is running.
 
Our Suntn CBB60 Motor Running Capacitor from TS11-10 to TS11-18 are rated in a range of 1 to 100 microfarads (μF or mfd), with voltage classifications of 250Vac or 450 Vac.
 
If a wrong capacitance value is installed, it will cause an uneven magnetic field which causes the rotor to hesistate at those spots that are uneven, which can be observed as uneven motor rotation speed, especially under load. This hesitation can cause the motor to become noisy, increase energy consumption, cause performance to drop, and cause the motor to overheat.
