1、Voltage
Usually choose a capacitor with a voltage rating at or above the original capacitor, 10% higher is preferable. If you're using a 370 voltage capacitor, a 370 or 450 voltage one will work fine in the application.
The 450 volt unit will actually last longer. A capacitor will have a marked voltage indicating the acceptable operating voltage for usually working (working voltage), not peak voltage.

2、Capacitance
Select a capacitor with a capacitance value (given in MFD, uf or microfarad) that is equal to the original capacitor. Do not deviate from the original value, as it sets the operational characteristics of the motor capacitors.

3、Frequency (Hz)
Select a capacitor with the Hz rating of the original. Nearly all replacement capacitors will be labeled as 50/60Hz .

We have improved our Motor Starting Capacitor-CD60 series since last year. We would like to introduce more information about this series to all of you. 

It is known that motor capacitor mainly including motor running capacitor and motor starting capacitor, we offer TS11 series and CD60 series accordingly. Generally the difference between the two series is showed in following four aspects. 
1. Function: CD60 mainly is used for starting the machines, the working time only have a few seconds, and TS11 is used for working for a long time. 
2. Dielectric: CD60 using aluminum foil as dielectric which is metallic, and TS11 series using metalized film as dielectric which is plastic. 
3. Capacitance: CD60 series range from 50uF to 1500uF, larger than TS11 series, which is from 1uF to 150uF. 
4. Voltage: general voltage for CD60 is 250VAC, the highest is 330VAC, normally lower than TS11 sereis. 

Moreover, CD60 features low spoilage, stable capability and durability and characteristics of frequency, widely used in compressor and Air-conditioner and for the pumps.

What are Motor Running Capacitor and Motor Starting Capacitor used for?
 
Motor Running capacitor is used to continuously adjust current or phase shift to a motor's windings in an effort to optimize the motors torque and efficiency performance.
 
Motor Starting Capacitor is used to briefly shift phase on a start winding in a single phase electric motor to create an increase in torque. 
 
How is a motor running capacitor different from a motor starting capacitor?
 
Motor Running capacitor is for continuous voltage and current control a motor's windings and is continuous duty. They are generally with a much lower capacitance value.
 
Motor Starting Capacitor gives a large capacitance value necessary for motor starting for a very short (seconds long) period of time. They are only intermittent duty and will fail if energized too long.

For box shape,  we use bulk packing and with PP bag, like building blocks packing into a inner box. 
By doing this way, we can protect the products leads without been bent. 

For cylinder shape, we use grid Packaging. Every single product be seated in an specific position. 
No damage or collision will occur during the transportation.

CBB60(TS11-10~21), CBB65 (TS11-22~26) Motor Running Capacitors Life Expectancy usually divided to four Class. A Class : 30, 000 Hours; B Class : 10, 000 Hours; C Class : 3, 000 Hours; D Class : 1, 000 Hours.
 
So how to count them? There are two points you have to take into attention.
 
1. Product life expectancy is calculated based on the corresponding levels of continuous use under certain circumstances. Such as rated voltage, rated current, temperature (-40/85 degrees) and humidity and other aspects.
2. The voltage and current is determined according to specific customer requirements.

Our most strong AC Motor Running Capacitor is CBB65. We produce standard type and dual type with               Class B. 
Standard type is TS11-22, 23,24. Dual type is TS11-25, 26. 
 
The main difference about this two types of CBB65 motor running capacitor is the terminal and the constructor.
Standard  type TS11-22, 23,24 : Only has two plugs and has a capacitor of air comditioner compressor.
Dual type TS11-25, 26 : Three plugs in total. It combines the capacitor of air comditioner compressor with the capacitor of fan . 
(C for public pole, HERM for compressor pole, FAN for fan pole).
