The composition of Suntan TS08H Radial X2 Safety Film Capacitor is generally composed of five parts: medium, electrode, shell, package and pin. The medium of TS08H Class X2 Safety Capacitor is generally composed of polypropylene film. The electrode is composed of a metal vacuum evaporation layer. The shell is made of flame retardant PBT (UL94V-0).

The volume of the capacitor increases as the capacitance increases, the capacitance values in uF unit is rarely to see on the surface of the TS08H Class X2 EMI/RFI Film Capacitor. So you are supposed to convert the unit of capacitance. 

Capacitance common conversion formula is as follows for example,
101=100pF
102=1000pF=1nF=0.001uF
103=10000pF=10nF=0.01uF
104=100000pF=100nF=0.1uF
105=100nF=1uF
106=10uF
Capacitance tolerance: J = ± 5%, K = ± 10%, M = ± 20%

Suntan TS08H Radial MKP 310VAC X2 Safety Capacitor is very stable, time and temperature changes are small, so the input is not easily affected by environmental factors.

It should be noted that if TS08H MPX Safety Standard Capacitor is exposed to air for a long time will lead oxidation, welding performance attenuation. Therefore, pay attention to the storage conditions is necessary. Suntan TS08H X2 Metallized Polypropylene Film Capacitor is supposed to store in the original packaging, it can’t be placed in high temperature and high humidity environment. Storage conditions: Temperature: 35℃ MAX, Relative humidity: 60% MAX. It can store up to 1 year or even longer. But we suggest you to use the capacitors as long as you get them.

As you know, TS08H MPX Safety Film Capacitor’s surface area is too small to mark too much information, so Suntan will adopt some abbreviation to mark on the surface. Let me tell you more details about the abbreviation.

It marks trademark “Suntan”, model series TS08H and the UL, VDE approval logo. 
“310V ~” means voltage rating, and “ ~ ” is alternating current circuit. 
40/105/56 is climatic category. “B” means passive flammability category.
In Class X2 Capacitor, 2 is the capacitor safety level (over voltage level) is two. 
The Capacitance value should convert to Code too. Such as 1uF will convert to Code 105
Capacitance Tolerance Code J = ± 5% , K = ± 10%, M = ± 20% . 
Suntan VDE certificate number is 40046769, and UL certificate number is E344971.
